Our services are facilitation, documentation and coordination. They are distinct from regulated professional advice or representation. Where a qualified CA, CS, Advocate or other authorised professional is required, the work is performed by that professional and the professional / partner model is disclosed to you.

Professional fees

charges of a qualified CA, CS, Advocate or other authorised professional where their work is required, shown separately.

Government / statutory fees

fees, stamp duty and other charges payable to authorities, shown separately. These are set by the authority and may change.

Third-party costs

costs such as ad spend, domain, hosting or platform subscriptions, where applicable, shown separately.

Taxes

applicable taxes, including GST, are charged in addition unless stated otherwise.

Any prices shown on the website are indicative. The fee in your written quotation prevails.

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund / Cancellation Policy and the terms of your quotation.
